TINS Club Referral Programme Rules
Version: 5 August 2026
These rules explain how the TINS Club referral programme works. By participating in the programme, you agree to these rules.
Who is who?
When these rules refer to “you” or “your”, we mean you as an existing TINS Club member participating in the referral programme.
When we refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean TINS Gym B.V., trading as TINS Club.
The person who creates an account using your personal referral code is referred to as your “friend”.
Who can participate?
Anyone with an active TINS Club account may participate in the referral programme.
If you or your friend are younger than 18, participation requires the consent of a parent or legal representative, as also described in our Privacy Notice.
You will receive a personal referral code that you can share with friends, family members and other people you know.
We may refuse or end your participation if you misuse the programme or promote TINS Club in a way with which we do not wish to be associated.
Registering your friend
Your friend must personally create a TINS Club account and use your referral code during registration.
Your friend can only qualify as a new referral if they:
- have not previously held a TINS Club account;
- have not previously attended a free introductory session;
- have not previously purchased a paid TINS Club product.
A referral code cannot be added retrospectively to an existing account or an earlier purchase.
You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to receive additional vouchers.
Benefit for your friend
When your friend creates an account using your referral code, they receive:
- one free TINS Club training session;
- one voucher for 10% off one punch card of their choice.
The discount voucher is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.
The voucher is personal, may be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless we state otherwise.
Your reward
You receive a voucher for 10% off one future TINS Club purchase of your choice when your friend:
- creates a valid account using your referral code;
- attends the free training session;
- purchases and fully pays for a punch card.
The payment must be final. You will not receive a reward if the purchase is cancelled, refunded or charged back.
Your voucher is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.
The voucher is personal, may be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless we state otherwise.
Refunds
If a purchase made using a voucher is refunded in full, for example when you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the voucher is made available again for its remaining validity period.
The value of a voucher is never paid out in cash. A voucher may be withdrawn in the event of a charged-back payment or misuse.
Multiple referrers
A friend may only qualify as a new referral once.
If several members invite the same person, the referral will be attributed to the referral code used when the account was created.
Sharing your referral code
You may personally share your referral code with people you know.
You may not distribute your referral code through:
- unsolicited commercial emails, WhatsApp messages or text messages;
- bulk or automated messages;
- purchased or collected contact lists;
- public discount or coupon websites;
- paid advertisements;
- misleading accounts or messages.
Only share your referral code directly with someone who is open to receiving it. You do not need to provide your friend’s name, email address or telephone number to TINS Club.
You may not present yourself as acting on behalf of TINS Club. You must not promise different prices, benefits or results from those stated in these rules.
Rewards are granted for a successfully completed referral, not for sending messages.
Privacy
Your friend completes the normal registration process themselves. Our Privacy Notice applies to the personal data collected during that process.
To protect your friend’s privacy, we do not share information about:
- training sessions they book or attend;
- purchases and payments;
- personal or health information;
- communications between your friend and TINS Club.
We may only inform you whether a referral is pending, does not meet the requirements or has been successfully completed.
Misuse
We may reject a referral or withdraw a voucher in cases of misuse, fraud or an obvious error.
This may include:
- self-referrals;
- duplicate or fictitious accounts;
- inaccurate contact information;
- misuse of discount codes;
- cancelled or charged-back payments;
- sending spam;
- manipulating our booking or payment systems.
If you disagree with a decision, you may request a review through the contact form on tins.club.
Number of referrals
There is generally no maximum number of friends you may invite.
We may introduce a reasonable limit where necessary to prevent fraud, misuse or disproportionate costs. We will inform you if such a limit applies to your account.
Changes and termination
We may change, temporarily suspend or end the referral programme.
Referrals validly started before a change will continue to be governed by the previous rules. A reward will still be issued when all requirements are met in time.
Vouchers that have already been issued remain valid until their expiry date, unless there is fraud, misuse or an obvious error.
We may reject a pending referral where fraud, misuse or an obvious error is discovered.
Governing law
The referral programme and these rules are governed by Dutch law.
If the Dutch and English versions conflict, the Dutch version will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
