What is a hybrid training club?

TINS Club is a hybrid training club in Haarlem. Our HYROX-inspired sessions combine functional strength and conditioning in one 60-minute coached workout — the mix of strength and endurance that defines hybrid training.

Who is TINS Club for?

Busy professionals and parents who want an efficient, structured workout without a big time commitment. All fitness levels are welcome, from people just getting started to seasoned athletes.

Where and when do you train?

We train at PT Center, Minckelersweg 20, 2031 EM Haarlem, every Saturday from 11:15 to 12:30.

What does it cost?

Your first session is free. After that a day pass is €10 and a punch card is €90. No subscription required.

Is the first session really free?

Yes — your first session is completely free, with no strings attached. It's the easiest way to find out whether hybrid training is for you.

Is TINS Club near me?

If you're in or around Haarlem, yes. We're a short trip from Heemstede, Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, Hoofddorp, Velserbroek, IJmuiden, Beverwijk and the wider Haarlemmermeer — all within about 20 km.

How do I get there, and is there parking?

There's free parking on site at PT Center on Minckelersweg. It's also easy to reach by bike from central Haarlem.

What fitness level do I need?

Any level. Every session scales to you, so whether you're just starting out or already competing, you'll get a workout that fits.

What language are the sessions in?

Our coaching is fully bilingual — Dutch and English — so you'll always be able to follow along.

How do I join?

Claim your free first session through the sign-up on this site, or join our WhatsApp group. Then just show up on Saturday.
